What does being chronically disorganized mean?
Being chronically disorganized means that you have a history of being disorganized and that you are unable to get or maintain being organized. There are many reasons for being chronically disorganized. Some are very simple and some are more complex.
Here are a few reasons why you could be chronically disorganized:
You were never taught how to be organized.
Your schedule is too full.
You have had health issues that kept you from getting organized.
You have had tragedies in your life that you have found to be insurmountable.
You have suffered from debilitating depression.
